Process:
Synthetic air is produced by mixing pure oxygen (20%) and pure nitrogen (80%). This eliminates all kind of impurities present in normal ambient air.

Application:
The Mixture gas of neon and krypton is used in 8 ", 12 "semiconductor factory chip manufacturing.
1. as the source of oxygen for burning, respiration of plants and animals, decay, and industrial oxidations.
2. zero gas in the running and calibration of environmental monitoring and test measurements where levels of Sulphur and nitric oxides can effect the measure equipment.
3. in medical gas mixtures.
4. as the oxidizer for flame ionization detectors in chromatography and total hydrocarbon analyzers.
5. with acetylene in atomic absorption flame spectrometry.
6. as a balance gas for many calibration gases.
